Purchase Process

Step 1: Product Selection and Escrow Payment

You select an item and authorize Agent to negotiate with the seller. Once the final price is agreed, you pay the full item amount to Agent as escrow.

Agent then purchases the item. After receiving it, Agent opens and inspects the package, and records photos or video to document the condition.

Step 2: Inspection Confirmation

You confirm that:

• the correct item was received
• the condition is acceptable
• the packaging is adequate

After your confirmation, Agent provides available cross-border shipping options.

Step 3: Shipping Selection and Final Balance

You choose a shipping method and pay the remaining balance, including:

• shipping cost
• Agent fee

After the remaining balance is received, Agent hands the parcel to the cross-border logistics carrier.

Final Step

Sit and wait for delivery.

Purchasing brand-new items: 2% of the item price, with a minimum of 49 CNY and a maximum of 349 CNY.

Purchasing second-hand items: 3% of the item price, with a minimum of 69 CNY and a maximum of 489 CNY.

The following payment methods are supported:

Crypto

Crypto via CEX (USDC on OKX/Binance) is the preferred payment method for most customers. Unlike PayPal or Visa, transferring USDC via OKX or Binance usually incurs no transfer fee, making it the most economical option for international payments.

Warning: Binance is unavailable in some countries, including the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands.

For risk-control purposes, non-custodial wallet P2P transfers are not supported.

Alipay

Alipay is the preferred payment method for many customers in Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea (partial), the Philippines (partial), and Vietnam (partial). Cross-border payment fees depend on the amount and your location and are usually low.

You can either ask Agent for a payment QR code or provide your Alipay account phone number with country code to receive a payment request.

Visa

If you pay with a Visa card, you will pay a service fee, and the exact rate depends on your institution. Transfers usually take about one business day.

PayPal is convenient, but withdrawal difficulty increases the cost for Chinese merchants. An additional 4% will be charged.

Declared Value

The declared value may affect customs duties. A higher declared value could lead to higher taxes, while a lower value could increase the chance of customs inspection. If you are unsure, Agent can recommend a suitable declared value.

Agent will try to help you minimize or avoid customs costs. To date, no customer has been charged customs duties, but this cannot be guaranteed in the future.

Freight Reference

The following figures are for reference only. Freight rates and delivery times may change.

A parcel roughly the size of a Hifiman Arya is typically treated as 2 kg by couriers. Examples:

• United States: 74 CNY/kg + 98 CNY, about 6 days by air.
• Hawaii: 70 CNY/kg + 100 CNY, about 8 days by air.
• Malaysia: 29.5 CNY/kg, about 4 days by air; 10.5 CNY/kg + 10 CNY, about 10+ days by sea.
• Europe: 58 CNY/kg + 66 CNY, about 10 days by air.
• United Kingdom: 46 CNY/kg + 32 CNY, about 9 days by air.

EU customs clearance often causes delays.

Additional Notes

• If you bought a counterfeit item or an item with obvious defects recognized by the trading platform, you can request an exchange or full refund.
• For brand-new items only: if you no longer want the item, you may return it within the free return policy period after receipt, usually 7 days. You will bear the return shipping cost and receive a refund minus a 5% restocking fee, capped at 200 CNY.
• Agent can assist with warranty claims for free, but you will pay any shipping costs related to repairs.
• Agent will proactively share seller communication records and purchase documentation to protect your rights as a consumer.
• Agent will make every effort to help you avoid customs duties, but you are responsible for duties imposed by customs.
• Please inform Agent of your local voltage standard so the correct adapter can be selected. If the product becomes unusable or damaged because this information was not provided, Agent is not liable.
• The cross-border logistics quotation provided by Agent is a no-profit convenience reference. If you are not satisfied with it, you may ask Agent to use your own designated logistics carrier.
• Cross-border transportation is outside Agent’s direct control. There is a very low probability of serious delays, shipping damage, or lost parcels, and Agent is not responsible for those outcomes. If you want insurance, notify Agent before the parcel is dispatched, and Agent will provide a quote. If an insurance claim is paid out, Agent will refund the full compensation amount to you.

This guide is for customers new to crypto and outlines the process of purchasing USDC on OKX and using it to pay for goods.

OKX Crypto Payment Tutorial

Crypto is a digital asset based on cryptography and blockchain technology. We primarily use it to lower transaction fees. In this case, you will be charged zero fees. A stablecoin is a special type of crypto whose value is typically pegged to a fiat currency (like the US dollar) or another asset (like gold), designed to maintain a stable price and avoid the significant volatility of traditional cryptocurrencies. USDC is one of the most popular and widely used US dollar stablecoins, pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, and is now widely used in crypto trading and cross-border payments. OKX is one of the world’s leading crypto exchange platforms, where users can safely buy, sell, and manage their crypto assets.

The Agent uses OKX as their crypto wallet and primarily accepts USDC as the payment currency. Considering the high fees and withdrawal costs of traditional cross-border payment methods (like PayPal, SWIFT bank transfers) and the limited international usability of tools like Alipay, we strongly recommend using crypto to pay for your goods. This guide will walk you through how to safely, quickly, and conveniently purchase USDC on OKX and transfer it to the Agent to complete the P2P transaction.

This tutorial strongly recommends using the mobile OKX App to buy crypto and complete the transaction. This is because, in most cases, mobile phones are less susceptible to various types of malware, phishing links, and security vulnerabilities than computers.

Step 1: Download the OKX App (Mobile Application)

Use the Agent’s OKX invitation link https://okx.com/join/49819258 to download the official OKX App; both parties may receive a bonus. You can also download the OKX app directly from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Step 2: Register, Log In, and Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

To conduct P2P trading and withdraw funds (including internal transfers) on OKX, you must first complete Identity Verification (Know Your Customer, KYC). Please follow the in-app instructions. This may require uploading an ID document and completing a facial recognition scan.

Step 3: Buy Crypto via P2P Trading (Fiat Transaction)

Please strictly follow the purchasing steps provided by OKX to prevent any loss of funds!

On the OKX App homepage, tap “P2P trading” and follow the in-app instructions to purchase USDC.

Step 4: Transfer USDC to the Agent

Select the currency you want to transfer (typically USDC).

Navigate to: New destinations > OKX users > UID > 531491139568678256 (To avoid loss of funds, please copy this UID directly instead of typing it manually.)

You can also save the Agent to your address book for future use by navigating to: Saved destinations > Address book > Add recipient > OKX users > UID > 531491139568678256

If OKX asks for the recipient’s real name, please enter 张君一.

Step 5: Confirm and Complete the Transfer

On the final confirmation screen, be sure to carefully double-check that the recipient’s UID and the transfer amount are correct.

After the transfer is successful, you can check its status under Assets > History.
