Purchase Process
Step 1: Product Selection and Escrow Payment
You select an item, provide Agent with your delivery details, and authorize Agent to negotiate with the seller.
Once the final price is agreed upon, you pay the full amount for the item to Agent as a deposit.
Agent then purchases the item immediately after confirming the receipt of your payment.
Step 2: Inspection Confirmation
After receiving it, Agent opens and inspects the package, documenting its condition through photos or video. You confirm that:
- The correct item was received.
- The condition is acceptable.
- The packaging is adequate.
After your confirmation, Agent provides available cross-border shipping options.
If you prioritize speed and trust the seller, you may choose to skip this step. Doing so can save approximately four days, but it’s at your own risk.
Step 3: Final Balance and Shipping
Agent provides you with the most cost-efficient shipping method. You pay the remaining balance, including:
- Shipping cost.
- Service fee.
After the remaining balance is received, Agent hands the parcel to the cross-border logistics carrier and will provide you with tracking method once it’s available.
Step 4: Sleep
Sit and wait for delivery!
