Purchase Process
Step 1: Product Selection and Escrow Payment
You select an item and authorize Agent to negotiate with the seller. Once the final price is agreed, you pay the full item amount to Agent as escrow.
Agent then purchases the item. After receiving it, Agent opens and inspects the package, and records photos or video to document the condition.
Step 2: Inspection Confirmation
You confirm that:
- the correct item was received
- the condition is acceptable
- the packaging is adequate
After your confirmation, Agent provides available cross-border shipping options.
Step 3: Shipping Selection and Final Balance
You choose a shipping method and pay the remaining balance, including:
- shipping cost
- Agent fee
After the remaining balance is received, Agent hands the parcel to the cross-border logistics carrier.
Final Step
Sit and wait for delivery.
Agent Fee
Purchasing brand-new items: 2% of the item price, with a minimum of 49 CNY and a maximum of 349 CNY.
Purchasing second-hand items: 3% of the item price, with a minimum of 69 CNY and a maximum of 489 CNY.
